Hey there! Welcome to Tupperware! Today, April 26 our May sales month starts, and we are waiting impatiently for Tupperware to post our NEW catalog online!!! It is soooooooooooooo good! I am Scandinavian, and the Scandinavians always preach that "less is more". That is exactly what the new catalog is about!

Managing the manager postition!

So, I am a manager.... which means I have to MANAGE stuff! Well, I held my first team meeting all by myself Saturday morning at Panera Bread! I'd say it went pretty well....

One of my girls left 7.20 in the morning from Grays Lake to get there! She is sooooo motivated! I am happy for her, because she will succeed! Her parents came to watch her kids while she was a the meeting, they drove from down town Chicago, so they left at 6 or something! It is fun to work with motivated people!

Kane County Fair grounds!

Had a busy weekend. Set up a table (well, three....) at the Kane County Flea Market. At noon on Saturday they opened the gates and people came rushing in to buy all kinds of c***. We dated about three parties and sold some cash and carry too! It closed at 5 pm.

I say we, because I brought one of my consultants to train her to do fairs too! Right next to us was a Kettle Corn man. He attracted a lot of business, and while in line for his popcorn, people checked us out too!

This morning, Sunday, we were at the Fair Grounds to set up at 6.30 am! whoo-hoo! After we were done setting up, at 7 am, we sat back waiting. All of a sudden the Kettle Corn Man's car starts wiggling and moving. The engine is not on, so we are kind of curious to know what is going on! After a little while we can see a coffee maker sitting on the dash board. He had camped in the back of his van as he is from Springfield(3½ hours south west)

Turned out that almost only the rookies were there at 7am! Oh, well! Gates opened at 7am but business didn't pick up until around 10. That was also when our Kettle Corn man started poppin! We had to leave early, but before we did, we dated another 2 parties and sold quite a bit!

"Tupperware is that still around?" I am not kidding, EVERYWHERE I go I here that exact line! And the flea market was no exception! We need more consultants to prove to everyone that, Yes, indeed we are still around!

New party!

Loooooooooooooooove it when I get hooked up with motivated hostesses! Yet another hostess found my online and asked to have a Tupperware party booked! Whoo-hooo! My new and enhanced website is paying off!

So, she suggested a bingo night, cause she had been to one YEARS ago and liked it, then I told her how I do my parties, and she agreed that was the way to do it! Curious?? Well, I guess you just have to see for yourself when you let me come and spoil YOU as my hostess!! LOL!

So I introduced my dear Hubby into the world of blogs, and proudly showed him my new Tupperware blog! He just glanced at it, and said without looking at me, " You DO know that the whole world can read what you write on there, right?"

Hrmf! Well, I guess I have to stop insulting my Tupperware costumers and in my blog now!

I know I know, it is really annoying when people keep repeating themselves in the headline......

Had a busy end of the week at my home office though, had another interview with yet another gal who wants to join my team. This time over the phone as she is downtown Chicago. Signed up for a fair, dealing with all the details and so finally I am going to have a Tupperware table at Kane County fairgrounds next weekend! Whoooo-hoooo! I will also bring one of my consultants and train her to do fairs too! YAY!

Finally got my new website up and running last night, resulting in a very tired husband who has been working on our webserver the two previous nights! so, new website at:

First day bloggin' in cyber world!

Ok, dont know what I'm doing here really, this is supposed to be a work related blog, and so here goes:

Tupperware, I represent Tupperware. My whole town (about 24000 people) will be selling Tupperware when I am done with it! LOL!

I had an interview with a gal who wants to become a consultant last night. We were supposed to meet at Panera bread, although we had never met before, so before I walked out the door my hubby asked me, "So, how are you supposed to know it's her? Will you just put a Tupperware bowl on the table and let her approach you?" hmmmmmm.... That was actually not such a bad Idea, so before I walked out the door I grabbed a rockNserve and two mini snack cups, and sure enough, I did place them on the table in front of me. Me, a cup of coffee and three empty Tupperware bowls at Panera!

It worked though! She walked right up to me, and said: "Tupperware?" (what else was there to say?)

We had a good conversation, and it sounds like she might be joining my team!
